I need bedroom decorating ideas!?

Question

I am fourteen and over the break (spring and summer) I am redoing my room. Right now, its a light purple with princesses on it that have to go! I have a really long bed and a half TV stand/half desser thing that takes up a lot of space. And I have a huge bookshelf. One window and that is almost floor to ceiling, and the ceiling is raked, its slanted downward. I love vampires so was thinking about making my bed an ode to vampires. I found this adorable black and white polka dot comforter and this black pillow with a single blood red crow on it for Vampire Diaries and I have New Moon and Twilight stuff galore. I need ideas for the walls and good storage techniques. Oh, and I have two closets but they are really tall and really narrow. Please help. Pictures would be great if you can. I am so tired of all the clutter and I want something that I will feel comfortable in but I'm not good with coming up with ideas. Thanks a million! :)

My first thought was for you to paint the walls a blood red... vampirish! BUT if the room is really small, instead I would do a metallic gray or silver paint! Google it! That would go well with black and white polka dots and you should throw some fluffy fur-like red pillows on top.



If you paint the walls a metallic silver or even gray, you should look for a gothic embellished metal framed mirror... one with lots of ornate detail, then some iron or metal wall sconces with candles.... just a few though! Overdo the candles and it will look like you are about to do tarot readings out of your bedroom! If you are not not in to the metallic/gray look maybe you should go with a pale blue/gray, or even a teal blue would look good with your black and white comforter... shoot even purple! Lots of things you could do but depends on your taste... your favorite color matches. Hope that gives you some ideas!

I am doing the same thing with out the vampire theme!!! So what I'm doing is going to be like a chillout type thing.... I'm having hot pink, white, and black beanbags, my bed is going to be a Lovesac type thing but i found one at walmart for wayyyy cheaper (google it they're awesome) and then im going to have those paper lantern things hung from the ceiling. So since mine is like a chill out kinda thing yours could be like a "laire" if i spelled it right? lol so at the bottom i will put links to pictures of stuff im getting!

oh my theme colors are hot pink, white, black and so im painting one side hot pink
