It you have yet to mix and pour it, there is concrete tint sold in hardware stores. If dry and cured, you can try and just paint it with enamel.

Acid etching reacts with the calcium and lime deposits within the capillaries of the concrete and in doing so can stain in just about any color. fresh concrete is better. h&c is a good product. research first, many things to know.

Your local builders merchant will sell you a liquid dye to mix with your concrete before it comes out of the mixer, the more you add the deeper the colour.

I would imagine that you could add in coloring as the wet concrete is being mixed.

You are able to add pigments to the mix when making fresh..
or if you mean paint old concrete.. just make sure its clean and dry before doing the job...

talking ab before or after it dries??? like painting it? if so be careful to use stain bc paint may eventually peel. there may be some products for painting i don't know about.........but my aunt's look really bad because it's pealing everywhere! and it may make it slippery too. check w your local building supply store.

do you mean if you can change the colour of concrete? you can change the colour before it is set, but after it is sett , it is not possible to change
