So much depends on where in the world it is, especially on whether it is near the city centre, in a desirable suburb, an a poor area of town, etc. I assume that there are some bedrooms on the 1st floor. 



Note that here in Britain we have the ground floor where you walk in from the street, and the first floor above that. I think that in the USA the first floor is the floor you walk into from the street.

So, you see, there is going to be one price for a house built with Home Depot appliances, bath fixtures and lighting fixtures with inexpensive flooring and formicacounter tops....compared to a high end kitchen with top of the line appliances, a tiled floor and quartz countertops, cherry wood floors, crown mouldings and spectacular light fixtures.

Also, if you are really going to have 6 bedrooms, an office and weight room, two bathrooms is not going to be sufficient. So, consider another bathroom near the basketball court and exercise room...with a large shower.

Where? Prices vary considerably around the world, for labour, materials, and land. And unless you give the size of the rooms, or the total square footage of the house, no one can even come close to saying how much it might cost even if they knew where this house is, exactly where it is. A friend of mine lives on a street where one side is on the ocean. My friend's house is on the other side, not on the water, 200 feet further from the ocean than the houses right next to it. Her house is worth half as much as the ones on the ocean side of the street. A living room can be 20 x 20 or it can be 50 x 50. That's a big difference. Same for a bedroom. It can be 15 x 15 or it can be 30 x 30. Apply the same difference to all the rooms in the house and the larger house will cost at least twice as much as the smaller one.
