No but it was given 1.5 stars out of 5 in the reviewcentre.com website. No one had a good word to say about them out of 52 reviews. Sound like bad news.

I had my kitchen fitted by them a few years ago. They were a little on the expensive side and they did use their sales techniques (first time home owner so didn't know any different). That said, they designed a fantastic kitchen for an awkward shape. They inset the cooker into the fireplace and made two standard width but shallow depth cupboards to fit across the chimney breast that was left. The sink and dishwasher were fitted into the bay window. Thinking about it, I only have one standard size floor cabinet and one set of drawers, the other cupboards fitted in corners and under the sink. I have space for one double wall cabinet. They did a great job of fitting it and sorted out the electrics and gas for the cooker too. We also had a design done by Magnet (I think) and their design wasn't half so good. If you have a regular shaped kitchen with straight walls, you could probably get a cheaper kitchen elsewhere.

No I havent ....
My best mate worked for them.... no salary... commisson only!! was the worst 6 months of his life... so you can imagine the hard sell!!!!! dont expect anything under £5000 either... and watch out for the usual selling techniques... more so these ones... basically if you answer yes to all of the questions... happy on price... like the kitchen... etc... they will just say so whats wrong lets go ahead then?!?! that ind of thing... Also the whole ringing their 'boss' on the phone about kitchen appliance... you know whe whole we will give you this this and that for free... the phone call may go down the lines of "really theres only one or two left??!!" ... so provide a sense of urgency to the deal he/she wants to close... and kitchen plans etc... unless they have changes they wont let u keep them... which i suppose is fair enough...But at the end of the day you can always say no! or knock them down BIG time if you have the nerve etc.... I suppose ultimately they are no different from anywhere....
Good luck....

I keep deleting all the email I keep getting after my wife looked into that company. I guarantee you a large portion of the fee goes to the sales person's commission. I'm a little funny in that I like to look and touch most of the products I buy. I can find what I'm looking for in a store and then compare that price with what I can get online for the same exact thing. Sometimes it's cheaper, sometimes it's not. One thing is for sure, I'm not going to put money up front when I may buy nothing at all in the long run.

I would not recommend them, there are other ways to buy a kitchen, say for example Howdens who will design for you from a flat pack to a bespoke..plus they will recommend a subcontractor if you don,t know one ( easy peasy) and at least 50% cheaper than what you will probably pay at KD, KD are part of the Home form Group..who also own Mobens, Dolphin, Sharps who have been on watchdog recently check it out BBC thread or iplayer tells it,s own story hope this helps

I have not dealt with them myself (I bought a 16k kitchen just over a year old last year for 300 quid on ebay - my son and i had to dismantle and remove. New owners were doubling kitchen size. Fabulous!) but i have frequently heard very adverse comments about them.
