you don't need glue for paper chains. Cut a strip about 6 inches long, and an inch wide. In one end, cut a slit about halfway thru the side of the strip about 1/2 in from the end. In the other end of the strip, do the same, only on the opposite side of the strip. Bend the strip into a circle, and slip the slits into each other. There you go, a link! Make several and hook them together.

Make paper snowflakes: Take a square of paper, fold it in half, and again, and again, and again. You will have a pointed, flat shape. Cut a tiny bit off the tip. With a pencil, draw a design on each side, triangles or other shapes, so that when you cut them out, and unfold your paper, you will have a snowflake.

You can also make stars the same way, just cut on a slant towards the tip of your shape, about halfway down, and you will unfold it to an eight pointed star.

Paper snowflakes!!!!! All you need is paper and scissors! The directions are on this website: http://highhopes.com/snowflakes.html Have fun with this...you can make so many different snowflakes just by cutting in different shapes.
