my dad said red means its a whore house, and my cousin said that red means theyre busy and green means theyre not busy in the whore house.
i deliver newspapers with my sister at night and ive seen red, green, blue, and orange house lights.
i was wondering what the different colors mean, ive read that blue is for autism awareness in april but its may now and they havent changed the bulbs and ive also read that blue is like in honor for fallen police officers.
what does the different colors mean? i want only serious answers.

wow, in my city I've always seen just clear/white lights outside

though a few color explanations:

orange or purple: Halloween is coming

red & green: Christmas is coming

if these colors are used past the holiday season it means the owner is lazy & needs to change the bulbs
