Turquoise bedroom, going for vintage breakfast at tiffanys feel. please help with decor and arrangment! 10pts!?

alrighty well im 15 years old and i want my room to feel mature and serene with high school and everything, and because i want to be able to grow with it. my room is fairly small so i also need help with the arrangement of my furniture. i already have the picture of audrey hepburn where shes like smoking on my wall. i also have a lot of zebra,black,brown,and white. i have a white down comforter.
i really like miley cyrus's style of bedroom. i was thinking of getting silver pillow shams and bedskirt but cant find that anywhere!
also im getting wood floors and im wondering how you think these would look okay. i personally dont like them but im not sure if i have much of a choice.

Okay, I'm gonna start with the arrangement of the room. I would move the desk to the wall where the night stand is and then center it on the wall as best you can taking into account the door. Put the bed on the wall that the desk and dresser is on, also center that. Put the night stand next to the bed. Put the dresser where the bed is now and the storage crate in the closet if it will fit. I am guessing that your night stand isn't really that big. I think that it would be more symmetrical if you got another night stand so that you could have one on each side of the bed.

I think that the floors will be perfect.

Here is a pic of a room that has the same inspiration as you want that I think you could get some great ideas from. I realize that it is a bathroom, but the colors and the collage with the gloves would be great additions as would some of their accessories like the ring.

I would paint the walls or one of them the turquoise color (you could use cream for the others)and then use black and white for the other colors in the room. A zebra print rug would be a nice addition. Try this for your room Put the bed angled in the top right corner with the crate at the foot and the night stand next to the bed and a folding screen in back of the bed. Move the dresser and desk to the left wall. If it looks to clumsy put the crate behind the screen. (You didn't give window placements or sizes.)



Get a round piece of wood or an old table top put it on the night stand. Cover it in the black With the white fringe and a small square cloth a vase with pink flowers. Look for a funky chair and paint it white.

Bed skirts and shams are going to be expensive to buy. If you or your mom friend or grand mom can do straight sewing they are really easy to make just buy the material.



For the folding screen you can buy an old one take out the centers and put in more of the silver material.



Curtains in white with the silver on top scarfed. you can even twist both the silver and black together.

1. make cute posters or cute pictures by yourself or with friends & hang them up.

2. take pictures of you & yr friends & put them on yr walls.

3. Cut out pictures of models & celebrities from magazines & put them on yr door & closet door.

4. Get some cute candles.
